Shipping and delivery times
All deadlines must be considered from the payment approval.
CAP - Deadline according to location. Can be calculated at checkout.
Sedex - Value and deadline will be calculated at checkout.
Studio Pickup - Free. Only available for orders from São Paulo. Within 3 working days for withdrawal after payment confirmation.
Delivery time varies according to the destination zip code and the type of shipping chosen at the time of purchase. It is possible to simulate the delivery time at checkout.
It is worth noting that, in relation to the delivery period, small external unforeseen events may arise that imply possible delays. In these cases, we will notify customers.
The possible reasons for the delay in your delivery are: the customer's absence at the delivery address registered on the website; incorrect or incomplete registration address; address change; eventualities inherent to the performance, such as natural accidents, general strikes, demonstrations and/or any other force majeure. Therefore, it is very important that you carefully monitor your order using the tracking code provided by email.
Exchanges and returns
Exchanges: For exchanges and returns, send an email to hello@nasuperficie.com.br and we will respond to you within 1 business day and 2 business days on weekends and holidays.
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. We pay for the return shipping and the shipping for the 2nd shipment is paid by the customer. It is important that the piece is without signs of use and with the composition tag intact - except for our ceramics.
Our ceramics: All of our ceramic pieces are produced by hand, therefore, it's normal to find small variations and textures within the painting and enamel. These variations will not be considered defects except in the following situations:
- Your product arrived cracked or broken.
- Possible defect regarding the enamel.
We review everything very carefully so that a quality product arrives at your house, but in the event of a defect, Na Superfície studio pays the return and return freight. Upon receipt of the product, the quality control will determine the part within 7 working days. If a defect is confirmed, we will ship the new product right away.
Returns: For returns and purchase withdrawals, inform us via e-mail within 7 days after receiving the purchase without signs of use. The value will be returned within 7 days after receiving the return and checking the quality control.
